To receive a relevant sample or quotation, prospective partners should provide their organisation, responsible contact, application category, material of interest, intended use, estimated scale, delivery location, timeline, and required technical documents. Sensitive information can be discussed after confidentiality arrangements are agreed.

Stage 1 — Requirement brief. State whether the material is intended for early research, formulation development, pilot scale, validation, or commercial supply.

Stage 2 — Feasibility review. The team assesses batch availability, material fit, development status, regulatory requirements, documentation, and additional testing needs.

Stage 3 — Sample agreement. Quantity, packaging, cost, delivery, storage, use restrictions, and reporting expectations are agreed. A sample does not automatically approve commercial manufacture.

Stage 4 — Partner evaluation. The partner assesses identity, quality, compatibility, stability, processing, and finished-product suitability. Relevant findings are reviewed before the next stage.

Stage 5 — Quotation and scale-up. Once specification, volume, supply frequency, packaging, documentation, and acceptance criteria are agreed, the team prepares a quotation and work plan.

Documents available according to material readiness may include specifications, batch COA, TDS, SDS where relevant, storage information, origin statements, traceability flow, and other quality documents. Not every document is available for every development-stage material.

Use the contact form with the subject “B2B Sample Request” or “Development Collaboration”, and do not include confidential formulation details in the initial message.
